When your order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. 

All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. 

Once order has been successfully shipped, a second email will be sent with tracking information.

Once orders are successfully shipped, it is at the liability of UPS/ USPS. If your package says delivered but you are unable to locate said package, please contact your local post office and file a claim through USPS as instructed.
